Target highlights Good & Gather in mailer

Supporting what CEO Brian Cornell said is Good & Gather’s third and final launch of the year, Target has mailed out a national direct mail piece that’s all about the $1 billion flagship brand, showcasing the breadth of the private brand and offering two generous coupons.

The mailer calls out “exciting new flavors to keep mealtime fresh,” and folds out to highlight more than a dozen new products. The newest fall launch consists of 600 new products under the Good & Gather name, including a brand-new premium line called Good & Gather Signature, as well as new plant-based beef patties.

Store Brands in the Wild received a mailer at home in Chicago and a colleague got one in Florida. Along with pictures of new products, two coupons are included. One offers $3 off any Good & Gather item and another offers $5 off a Good & Gather purchase of $15 or more.

Some of the new items featured in the mailer include Good & Gather Signature fair trade coffee, unique dressings like Good & Gather Maple Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing and Good & Gather Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, frozen Italian-style meatballs, broccoli florets in produce, oatmilk and the plant-based beef patties.

By the end of the final launch that began in September, Good & Gather will have its name on more than 2,000 products inside Target stores. An absolute success in its first year on shelves.
