To begin the new year, Phoenix-based Sprouts Farmers Market is hosting a series of livestreams with a well-known health figure to inspire health lifestyle habits.

On the chain’s Facebook page, health and food writer and chef Candice Kumai will host informative livestreams that are likely to promote Sprouts’ extensive line of own brand products. Every Thursday in January at 2 p.m. PST, viewers can join Kumai, who has been called the “Golden Girl of Wellness,” as she helps the audience discover healthy eating options.

According to her website, Kumai is a six-time bestselling author and has written articles for Vogue, Cosmopolitan and more. Her latest book "Kintsugi Wellness" was published in 10 different languages, and her upcoming book will be an Audible Original focused on spiritual wellness.

“Feeling better and leading a healthier life can begin simply by incorporating delicious, nutrient-rich foods into your everyday meals,” said Kumai. “My recipes and practical tips are informed by the ancient, time-proven rituals of my Japanese culture, and I can’t wait to share my knowledge to help viewers nourish their mind, body and spirit.”

The livestream schedule is as follows.
