iHerb is expanding its logistics operations with the opening of a new fulfillment center in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

The 232,000-square-foot facility, at 221 Western Blvd. in Denton, is leased and operated by Lotte Global Logistics. Equipped with advanced robotics, state-of-the-art warehouse automation, and AI-driven fulfillment software, the center is expected to process more than 20,000 orders per day at full capacity. This expansion significantly shortens delivery times — by nearly half — for customers across Texas, the broader Central U.S. and Mexico, company officials said.

“We’re thrilled to expand our fulfillment capabilities to the great State of Texas,” said Zach Thomann, chief operating officer for iHerb. “With DFW’s central location, strong infrastructure, and global airport hubs, this new facility allows us to serve our customers faster — sometimes with next-day delivery — while supporting iHerb’s mission of making health and wellness accessible to all.”

iHerb currently ships more than 50,000 products, from vitamins and supplements to beauty, baby, grocery, and specialty health items, directly to customers in more than 180 countries. All products are stored in GMP-compliant, climate-controlled fulfillment centers that maintain a consistent 74°–75° Fahrenheit indoor temperature to protect product quality, safety, and integrity.

The Texas opening coincides with iHerb’s 29th anniversary celebration, featuring daily deals and weekly discounts of 29% off select brands and product categories. The milestone underscores iHerb’s growth from a California startup to a global e-commerce leader, now supported by nine logistics facilities across the U.S. and abroad.
