ADF Foods Ltd., maker of branded ethnic frozen foods, has a line of burritos available to retailers to launch under store brand labels.

The San Mateo, Calif.-based company has brands serving up Mediterranean, Mexican and Indian dishes, and the latest burritos fall under its PJ’s Organics name. The burritos come in a classic burrito variety in a range of flavors, including most recently an Adobo Chicken Burrito and Mole Chicken Burrito.

Others include: Fire-Roasted Veggie, Spicy Pork Chorizo, Chicken With Fire Roasted Peppers, Skinny Chicken, Steak & Cheese, Traditional Chicken, Chile-Verde Chicken, Southwestern-Style Chicken and Chicken & Cheese With Green Chiles. There’s a line of breakfast burritos, too, in a new flavor, Egg White Spinach & Feta, to join staples like a Sausage Burrito, Denver-Style Breakfast, Skinny Breakfast and Turkey & Eggs Breakfast.

The products are organic and non-GMO. Sales of the frozen foods category are thriving in the United States, per a 2019 report from Statista that showed single-serve frozen dinners gross nearly a billion dollars. Ethnic flavors, often found in freezers in Trader Joe’s, are often a way for private brand lines looking to differentiate in the category.
