Store brand skin care supplier pumps out hand sanitizer
Many companies during the coronavirus pandemic have pivoted production to help fill the demand for hand sanitizer and cleaning products. Cosmetic Solutions, a private label and custom formulation skin care company, is doing just that.
The Boca Raton, Fla.-based manufacturer has transformed its core business to create and manufacture a collection of effective hand sanitizers and antimicrobial products.
"As a private label manufacturer, we are extremely flexible and capable of adapting to the changing needs of the marketplace," said Warren Becker, chief executive officer at Cosmetic Solutions. "We have the ability to be nimble and take on a lot of projects that many companies can't or won't.”
The move to producing hand sanitizer has also helped retain more than 150 jobs at the company. The products Cosmetic Solutions is now pumping out include OTC hand sanitizer, cleansing foam, anti-bacterial lotion and more, which are available for store brand programs, wholesale or to be purchased directly online at professionalsolutions.net.
The supplier has also donated thousands of units to first responders in Florida, New York City, St. Mary’s Health Care System, Palm Beach Children’s Hospital and Banyan Medical Systems.
“Our goals during this crisis continue to be: How can we offer support to our local community and nation, and how do we use this opportunity to propel our brand to do more good,” Becker said.
