It’s holiday baking season, and Trader Joe’s has introduced new baking mixes to help home bakers celebrate the season.

The cheeky retailer unveiled three new mixes in a blog post where they related baking to the trials of an Olympic sport. The new additions to its baking category include:

Trader Joe’s Stroopwafel Cake Baking Mix
Stroopwafel cookies are a traditional holiday cookie that Trader Joe’s spun into a cake mix. The product with its caramel notes is ideal for morning breakfast, served with hot coffee, or it can complement a cheese and fruit board, according to the retailer.

Trader Joe’s Peppermint Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
A mix of dark chocolate chunks, white chocolate chunks and pieces of broken candy cane for a mint flavor, the cooke mix pairs will with Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s Ice Cream for more minty flavor. All that’s needed is a soft stick of butter to cook up the limited-time cookies.

Trader Joe’s Pfeffernüsse Cookie Mix
A classic German Christmas spice cookie that’s made with molasses, the Trader Joe’s Pfeffernüsse cookies can be made by just adding eggs and butter, and they can be rolled in powdered sugar for an optional touch.

In the blog post, Trader Joe’s also recognized its new Trader Joe’s Cocoa Chile Spiced Pecans, a toffee-like candied pecan that can be used to spice up baking creations, cheese boards or to be snacked on by themselves.
