FFP Invests in Beverage Ingredient Company
Florida Food Products (FFP), a manufacturer of clean label ingredients and flavor solutions, has announced an investment in T-Bev, a provider of natural ingredients focused on botanical extracts and tea related products.
The investment follows FFP’s launch of several new beverage solutions at the 2022 Beverage Forum, including ready-to-drink tea and beverage solutions.
Founded and led by Anson Gu, T-Bev is a leading provider of natural, functional ingredients to the nutraceutical and beverage markets. T-Bev’s Eugene, Ore. operations will serve as the foundation for FFP’s expansion on the West Coast, and will continue to be led by Gu. Going forward, Gu will have responsibility for FFP’s entire Human Nutrition business.

The investment represents the second add-on acquisition in five months under FFP's partnership with equity firms Ardian and Midocean Partners, leading to an expansion of FFP’s natural food ingredient capabilities.
