Butter Buds offers new solutions for baked goods

Racine, Wisc.-based dairy and non-dairy concentrates leader Butter Buds has announced new flavor and texture solutions private label brands can use for baked goods. The new solutions are made from real butter, cheese and other fats, adding both flavor and functional characteristics to bakery products.

  • Butter Buds 32X – A concentrated flavor providing rich butter flavor enhancement
  • Cheese Buds – Cheese Flavor Enhancers available in various combinations depending on desired flavor profile
  • Butter Buds CL – a non-maltodextrin butter enhancer
  • Dried Cream Extract/Cream – helps mask off-notes, improves texture and bite, also increases richness and mouth-feel
  • Cocoa Butter Buds – increases richness and improves mouth-feel
