Albertsons, Sprouts introduce new store brand products

Albertsons, Boise, Idaho, said via its Market Mixx blog that it will now be selling kombucha tea under its O Organics store brand. The tea is available in six flavors and will be sold in the cold case at all Albertsons’ stores. Flavors include Ginger Lemon, Mango Mint, Cranberry Peach, Guava, Pomegranate Hibiscus Lime, and Raspberry Black Currant.

Via its Facebook page, Phoenix-based Sprouts Farmers Market announced that the retailer now offers customers store brand grilling planks. The planks are meant to help infuse meats and veggies with subtle, smoky flavors and are available in Maple, Cedar and Alder flavors.
