ZeroCarb LYFE, a brand of protein-based pizza crust and pizza, is making its exclusive retail debut at Schnucks Markets.
The brand’s cornerstone product, a chicken crust crafted from chicken breast, olive oil, salt and a secret blend of spices will be available along with the Sausage Pizza and Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza at 80 new retail locations. St. Louis-based Schnucks operates more than 100 stores in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
Founded by Chef Mohamed “Hosseiny'' Aly and Omar Atia, ZeroCarb LYFE is a grain-free, high-protein alternative to traditional pizza. The chicken crust is gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free, as well as keto-friendly.
“Over the next year, the ZeroCarb LYFE brand is focused on growing our team, expanding across B2B channels, and preparing for the launch of additional products,” said Atia, the company’s CEO.
