WISE presents: managing a multigenerational workforce

The organization supporting women in the private brand industry, Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence (WISE), has announced a new webinar to help all managers at retailers and supplier companies to understand how to manage a multigenerational workforce. 

At 1 p.m. (EST), April 14, WISE will welcome speaker Alyson Van Hooser, a Millenial and Gen Z expert, who has experience with Walmart, banks and other industries. 

Van Hooser will educate attendees of the virtual webinar on the differences between generational work behaviors, how to manage them and ways to inspire different generational workers for peak performance.
