Whole Foods' new Albuquerque store.
Whole Foods Market’s newest store in Albuquerque, N.M., is now open, replacing the grocer’s previous location that served the city for more than 30 years.
The new store at 2100 Carlisle Boulevard NE is 47,327 square feet and features upgraded amenities including expanded prepared foods and bakery departments, and a larger, more easily accessible parking lot. The new location also carries an expanded product assortment, with more than 400 local items from New Mexico, sourced with the help of Darcy Landis, local forager for Whole Foods Market.
“This larger, upgraded location includes a broader range of products that meet our high quality standards and reflects our commitment to providing the community with an exceptional shopping experience,” said Robert Crouse, store team leader for Whole Foods Market. “With expanded departments and a focus on local partnerships, we look forward to continuing to serve our customers in this beautiful new space.”
