Wellness product supplier expands production

Can B Corp., a diversified health and wellness company, has been expanding, having just installed high-speed, automatic bottling and capping equipment and a new bulk processing system for the production of a superfood line. 

The Hicksville, N.Y.-based company also owns Pure Health Products in Lacey, Wash., a formulation and manufacturer of hemp-derived CBD products with zero THC, developing tinctures, salves and gels for private brands.

Currently, the new equipment supports the Can B Superfood line of products but a phase two expansion will enable the Pure Health Products facility to build out more product, including for the Can B line. PHP just received the second batch of pure isolate from its own hemp production, Green Grow Farms, to sustain production for the months to come.

The company said the new advancements will help triple capacity and has reported that it has not seen any slowdown from the coronavirus pandemic and is following social distancing and health measures in its facilities.
