TricorBraun expands packaging footprint into Australia and New Zealand

Global packaging supplier TricorBraun continues to expand, this time acquiring Cormack Packaging out of Australia in new deal.

TricorBraun has acquired yet another packaging company, marking its twelfth in three years. TricorBraun, North America’s largest distributor of primary packaging, including for private label products, has entered an agreement to acquire Cormack Packaging. In doing so, TricorBraun has expanded for the first time into the Australia and New Zealand markets. They currently operate from more than 50 locations around the globe.

Founded in 1902, TricorBraun provides solutions across a wide array of customer end markets in plastic and glass containers, closures, dispensers, tubes and flexibles. Cormack has been in business for over 80 years, and primarily serves the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, industrial and household cleaning industries.
