Topco’s Sweet P’s Bake Shop Again Teams With DreamWorks Series

The private brand of bakery items is partnering with the popular animate series Gabby's Dollhouse to promote the brand.

Topco's Sweet P's Bake Shop is again teaming with DreamWorks' Gabby's Dollhouse on a promotional effort.

Topco’s Sweet P’s Bake Shop exclusive bakery brand is teaming with the DreamWorks Animation series Gabby’s Dollhouse for a 12-week back-to-school partnership that will allow youngsters to interact with the TV show.

Through September 30, shoppers can find allergy-friendly, peanut and tree-nut-free Pink  Frosted Sugar Cookies in participating stores to celebrate Back-to-School for parents and children. The packaging features a QR code that can be scanned to take shoppers to digital surprises and delights for themselves and their children. 

This includes celebration activities like a printable birthday banner, colorable birthday and celebration cards, a no-bake recipe activity, as well as co-branded coloring sheets, educational activity sheets, and daily affirmation cards that parents can include with an allergy-friendly Sweet P’s cookie in their child’s lunchbox to offer words of encouragement during the day.

“We know how much our shoppers and their children love Gabby’s Dollhouse and we’re excited we can partner together again this year,” said Rebecca Calvin, Stater Bros. senior vice president and chief marketing officer, and Topco member. “This partnership is perfect as kids return to school and talk with their friends about their favorite show, and we have the opportunity to build brand awareness of the Sweet P’s Bake Shop brand.”

Additionally, Gabby’s Dollhouse this fall will also embark on a “Gabby’s Dollhouse Sprinkle Party” store tour as part of the partnership, inviting families to meet and get a photo with Gabby herself. The tour will stop at several participating stores including the following cities: Hartford, Conn.;  Knoxville, Tenn.; Des Moines, Iowa; Minneapolis, Minn.; Salt Lake City, Utah, and the Los Angeles area. Additional details, including confirmed dates and locations, will be released in the coming weeks.
