A prominent executive at TreeHouse Foods, a leading private brand food supplier, has been named to the board of directors at Thor Industries.
William E. Kelley Jr., executive vice president and chief financial officer of TreeHouse Foods, Oak Brook, Ill., will serve on the board as a member of the compensation and development committee and the audit committee of the board. He’s the 10th member named to the board of directors. Thor Industries, Elkhart, Ind., is a manufacturer of recreational vehicles (RVs).
TreeHouse manufactures and distributes private brand foods and beverages in North America with nearly 40 production facilities across the United States, Canada and Italy. At TreeHouse, Kelley advises the CEO and senior leadership on major financial and strategic growth decisions, and manages financial, business-planning, treasury and IT functions, as well as works with investor relations and corporate development.

Kelley has more than 30 years of executive experience in the food and beverage industry, serving as head of global Internet audit at Kraft Heinz, as well as spending time as the senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Hillshire Brands. He also has key finance and accounting experience at Arthur Andersen and Cargill.
