Target and British brand Hunter team up on exclusive line
Minneapolis-based Target Corp. is launching an exclusive apparel and outdoor accessories line in partnership with British brand Hunter, which manufactures Wellington boots and other footwear and raingear.
“Hunter for Target is a limited-edition collection designed for the entire family and includes more than 300 items, one of our largest design collaborations to date,” Target states on its website.
The new line, available in select Target stores and online April 14, features private brand versions of Hunter’s rain boots, protective outerwear and backpacks, and includes items such as hammocks and coolers.
“Hunter is known for its impeccable design aesthetic, rich heritage and playful spirit, so it was a partnership that excited us from day one,” said Mark Tritton, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer for Target, in an interview on the retailer’s website.
Items in the collection range in price from $5 to $80, with most items under $30.
