Stagnito Media Acquires Private Label Media Group

Stagnito Media, Deerfield, Ill., announced today that it has acquired Private Label, Private Label International and Private Label China magazines  and their related products — from E.W. Williams Publications Co., Fort Lee, N.J.

Stagnito Media, Americas fastest growing integrated media company serving food and non-food retailers, publishes the industry-leading Store Brands magazine, as well as other leading brands, such as Progressive Grocer, Convenience Store News, The Gourmet Retailer, and Retail Leader.

Launched by E.W. Williams in 1979, Private Label magazine was the innovator in the private label industry. Private Label and Store Brands will be merged into one superior information franchise for the rapidly expanding retail store brands market. The new title will be named Private Label â?¨ Store Brands. It will take advantage of the trend where more consumers are purchasing store brand products.
