Sprouts heats up own brands with Hatch Chiles, intros 10 summer exclusives
Sprouts Farmers Market is heating up summer with store brand products leveraging Hatch Chiles of New Mexico and 13 additional innovative products, 10 of which are exclusive to the grocer, coming in August.
The lineup of items follow 10 exclusives that the retailer launched last month, including veggie burgers and the Sprouts brand of Monkfruit Chocolate Bites dessert treat.
The Sprouts Brand Hatch Chile-inspired products range in levels of heat and style from a seasoned chicken to tortilla chips, and the other innovative products include private brand plant-based sandwich bread and Sprouts White Chocolate Dipped Coconut Rolls for dessert.
“Sprouts’ Our Brand products combine seasonal inspiration from fresh produce with unique flavors and innovative recipes to offer a truly memorable eating experience that shoppers return to our stores for again and again,” said Jac Ross, VP of Our Brands, Sprouts.
Sprouts August Items
The full Hatch Chiles line up include:
- 18oz Hatch Chile Bag, Mild or Hot for $3.99;
- Hatch Chile Seasoned Roasted Chicken for $7.99;
- Grain Free Hatch Chile Tortillas Chips for $2.99
- Sprouts Hatch Ranch Dressing with Avocado Oil for $4.99
- Sprouts Hatch Chili Flavored Peanuts for $5.49
- Hatch Cheese Curls Made with Real Cheese, two bags for $5.
The items are available in more than 360 Sprouts stores while supplies last. Adding to the rollout, Sprouts unveiled 13 new products touching on various categories.
Within the vegan department, Sprouts introduced Wicked Foods Plant-Based Meals, a lineup of prepared meals, porridge, pesto sauce and more under the brand; Gotham Greens Dressings and Dips, an exclusive to Sprouts, featuring Vegan Caesar and Vegan Ranch dressings; exclusive plant-based meals from Blount’s Family Kitchen; and the private brand Sprouts Plant-Based Sandwich Bread, a plant-based white and wheat bread that’s free from artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
The healthy grocer is adding seven exclusive snacks and beverages to the summer assortment, too, that include:
- Sprouts own brand of Sprouts White Chocolate Dipped Coconut Rolls
- Buffalo Ranch Cashews in the bulk department;
- Baozza! Frozen Pizza Snacks, a pizza-flavored bao bun snack;
- Lucky Spoon Triple Berry Streusel Muffins;
- All-Natural Everything Spice Chicken Tenders;
- Bulletproof Cold Brew Black Coffee;
- Good Foods Cold Pressed Beverages.
In the self-care department, Sprouts will be bringing natural herbal supplements from Solgar Stress and Sleep Support and Organfi Superfood Supplements.
