Sprouts Farmers Market Expanding In Florida

The grocer will open seven new stores in the Sunshine State, with four locations set to come online by March.

Sprouts Farmers Market announced plans to open seven new stores in Florida.

Sprouts Farmers Market is deepening its roots in Florida and will open seven new stores across the Sunshine State. 

The first new store will debut on January 31 in St. Johns at 120 Shops Blvd. Other scheduled openings include March 14 in Melbourne-Wickham, March 21 in Largo, and April 25 in Coconut Creek. Additional openings will be announced in the coming weeks. 

The new stores will generate over 650 jobs throughout Florida, including roles such as clerk-level, specialty, assistant department manager, and upper management positions. In preparation for the openings of its two latest Florida locations, Sprouts will host two upcoming hiring events. 

For the Coconut Creek store, a virtual hiring event for management and specialty positions was conducted on Wednesday, January 29. In-person hiring events for team members will occur at the Coconut Creek Community Center on Tuesday, March 11, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Wednesday, March 12, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The community center is located at 1100 Lyons Road. 

For the East Boynton Beach location, a virtual hiring event for management and specialty roles will take place on Wednesday, February 5. Following this event, in-person hiring events for team members will be held at the Embassy Suites Boca Raton on Thursday, February 20, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, February 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hotel is located at 661 NW 53rd Street. 

Sprouts, the 2025 Store Brands Retailer of the Year, currently employs about 33,000 team members and operates more than 430 stores across 24 states.
