Southeastern Grocers is expanding its assortment of frozen desserts with new selections offered under its Own Brands lines Know & Love, Prestige and SE Grocers.
New to Know & Love is dairy-free gelato in four flavors: rich dark chocolate gelato and mint chocolate chip gelato both crafted with coconut milk; caramel sea salt gelato made with creamy cashew milk; and butter pecan gelato prepared with pecan milk.
The dessert assortment in Prestige now includes limited-edition ice cream flavors only available through the summer. Prestige S’mores ice cream features a marshmallow-flavored ice cream base, swirled with ribbons of graham cracker and dotted with bites of chocolate; Prestige Blueberry Crisp ice cream combines sweetness and crunch with vanilla ice cream mixed with blueberry and oatmeal bites.
For a frozen twist on a brunch classic, SE Grocers Peach Bellini sherbet combines peach-flavored sherbet and swirls of champagne-flavored sherbet, capturing the essence of a peach bellini cocktail in every spoonful.
The new dessert offerings follow SEG’s recent victory at the American Pie Council’s National Championship where its caramel apple pie has received kudos four times since 2017.
