Sheetz Promotes HR Leader to EVP of People & Culture

The convenience chain has promoted company veteran Stephanie Doliveiria to the role that oversees employee initiatives.

Mid-Atlantic convenience chain Sheetz has announced a new leader of People & Culture. Stephanie Doliveiria has been promoted to the position of EVP after serving as VP of Human Resources for the company.

Sheetz says that Doliveiria will lead planning and execution of all employee-related initiatives including succession planning, talent management, benefits and compensation, employee relations and more. The Pennsylvania-based chain employs more than 24,000 people across its six-state footprint.

Doliveiria began her career with Sheetz as a human resources manager for CLI Transport. She has also served as a manager of Employee Communications and co-leader of the Brand Department before being named VP of Human Resources at Sheetz in 2008. In her time in the role, Sheetz was named a 100 Best Company to Work For by Fortune and Great Places to Work in eight of the last nine years.

The company operates over 670 store locations throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio and North Carolina.
