Regional market introduces craft chocolate bar line

Organic and healthy foods retailer Plum Market has introduced an exclusive chocolate bar collection, signature crafted by them, in partnership with chocolatier Vosges Haut-Cholcolat in Chicago.

The Detroit-based retailer operates natural, organic, and locally crafted food stores across more than 25 multiple format locations throughout Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana, with new locations announced in Dallas, Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. coming this year. Bringing some extravagant exclusive chocolate to its stores, Plum Market announced its own signature crafted chocolate bar with Vosges, featuring such hand-selected exotic ingredients as tart Montmorency Cherries, toasty Sri Lankan coconut and crunchy Ghanaian cacao nibs that gets paired with Vosges dark and milk chocolate blends.

“We’re really excited about this project,” said Tiffany Barnes, Plum Market’s director of floral, gift and specialty candy. “Vosges is so well known for their craft, quality, and inspired flavor combinations, which makes them an excellent partner for this collaboration.”

The full Vosges Haut Chocolat Crafted with Plum Market Line is now available for purchase at all Plum Market locations.
