Pottery Barn Taps Actress Deepika Padukone for International Launch

The Indian actress will help create a new private label collection with the home decor retailer next year.

Pottery Barn, part of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. family of brands, has announced a new partnership with Indian actress Deepika Padukone to promote the company’s international expansion.

One of the most well-known actresses in the country, Padukone’s partnership with the retailer follows the launch of in July and the opening of the company’s first retail location in India in September. Pottery Barn also said that Padukone will help co-create a private label collection with the brand. 

"I've always been fascinated with spaces and my passion for interior design is no secret," said Padukone. "I am therefore thrilled to be collaborating with global home furnishing leader Pottery Barn and look forward to creating timeless pieces together!"

The company’s key product categories include furniture, bedding, bath, rugs, window treatments, tabletop, lighting, and decorative accessories.
