Gummies are among the company's private label CBD offerings.
PotNetwork Holdings, which makes Diamond CBD and various other branded CBD products, is getting into the private label game. The company introduced its private label offering in December at cannabis trade show MJBizCon, turning its booth into the Private Label CBD Lab.
At the show, the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company showcased its private label offerings, which include CBD gummies, creams, tinctures, oils and other products containing the cannabinoid that is increasingly showing up on retailers’ shelves. A private-label offering could help retailers distinguish themselves from other competitors, and PotNetwork Holdings CEO Kevin Hagen said the company saw a positive response from conference attendees.
"We have been preparing to offer this full line of quality, private label CBD products for some time,” Hagen said. “As an industry leader with a solid positive reputation for product quality and customer service dependability, we found this move logical and a further way to grow our business while simultaneously indirectly increasing our distribution footprint. This entry capitalizes on the groundwork that we have built over the years and will greatly assist in our penetration of a rapidly expanding market.”
Hagen said that the company envisioned building a significant revenue stream from the private label business as a complement to its branded sales.
For 2020, we anticipate building a significant revenue stream from this private label business to complement our traditional branded sales."
