PLMA’s World of Private Label schedule released

The Private Label Manufacturers Association has rolled out an official schedule for its online World of Private Label Trade Show. The show is scheduled for Dec. 1-4.

The schedule of events includes a breakdown by category, much like how the PLMA Live! Private Label Week event will run in lieu of the in-person Private Label Trade Show.

In light of the PLMA needing to cancel its World of Private Label Trade Show and the U.S. Private Label Trade Show, Store Brands magazine spoke with Peggy Davies of the PLMA about the virtual shows in its November issue of Store Brands.

On each day of the online World of Private Label show, PLMA member manufacturers will permit buyers and suppliers to engage with them via live, face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations and conversations, delivered to participants across all borders and across computing and mobile platforms.

Since 1985, PLMA’s annual “World of Private Label” has been the world’s largest trade event for private label, presenting more than 2,700 exhibiting companies from more than 70 countries, and attended by more than 15,000 trade professionals from 120 countries. By all accounts, the new virtual show will be a groundbreaking online experience that aims to be the largest online experience delivered solely for the international private label industry.
