Perrigo to acquire German dietary supplement brand Yokebe

Perrigo Company plc, a Dublin-based supplier of private label over-the-counter (OTC) medications, nutritional products and more, said it entered into an agreement to acquire Naturwohl Pharma GmbH and its German dietary supplement brand, Yokebe. Yokebe, the second largest dietary brand (by market share) in Germany, comes in a shake/liquid form and is marketed within the "meal replacement" category.
