Nouria Energy Corp., Worcester, Mass., announced it has acquired five New England Farms locations in Massachusetts, upping its presence in the state to 109 locations and more than 275 locations in all, including those in Connecticut and Maine.

The New England area c-store operator and fuel network manages a large private brand portfolio of chips, bagged candy, water and other beverages, and healthy snacks all under the My Nouria name. The locations offer fresh coffee and bakery items as well under the Cafe Nouria label.

With the addition of these new New England Farms locations, it’s likely Nouria will stock its private brands in the stores, expanding their reach. The addition of the locations expands the operator’s carwash network, too.

“The New England Farms brand led by Mickey Higgins and Tom Pratt is a reputable local convenience store brand that has been nurtured by dedicated and loyal employees,” said Tony El-Nemr, President and CEO of Nouria Energy Corp. “The acquisition enhances our business profile with added revenue and profit streams backed by strong c-store and carwash operations."
