New PLMALive video discusses social media’s ROI for retailers

In a new PLMALive video broadcast, the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA), New York, interviews Jeremy Epstein, vice president of marketing for New York-based Sprinklr, to answer the question: Can social media’s return on investment be accurately appraised?

Epstein says that some of the tools currently being used to gauge the impact of social media are effective while some are not. Much of their effectiveness depends on how each company approaches the process.
