The National Hardware Show is undergoing its most significant transformation to date, informed by customer research, responsive to current retail challenges and including a focus on private label.

The 2026 show will include a Private Label Pavilion providing direct connections to qualified manufacturers in Mexico, Vietnam, India and other key manufacturing hubs. Show participants will find exclusive, factory-direct product solutions across multiple categories tailored for retail and brand teams developing differentiated private label assortments, according to RX. Attendees will also get the chance to connect with factories located around the world, alleviating the need to travel as they advance own-brand sourcing.

RX characterized NHS Concept to Commerce as the only trade show uniting retailers, private label providers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, inventors and global factories under one roof. The event’s stated goal is to accelerate product discovery, strengthen manufacturing partnerships and speed up time to shelf while improving margins.

The redesigned NHS Concept to Commerce event will take place March 31- April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, preceded by a March 30 International Exhibitor Summit.
