Kodiak Cakes Launches Target-Exclusive Raspberry Lemon Mix Flavor

Kodiak Cakes is bringing a new flavor of its protein-packed pancake and waffle mix exclusively to Target.

The new Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix Raspberry Lemon offers 100% whole grains, 13 grams of protein per serving and zero artificial preservatives. Available in Target stores and on the retailer’s website, the new mix is priced at $5.99 for a 16 ounce box.

“As we explored potential new flavors to bring to the pancake aisle, we actually used Pinterest for inspiration,” said Aaron Robinson, director of Brand Management at Kodiak Cakes. “We saw all kinds of delicious looking pancake and baked goods recipes that paired raspberries and lemon. With this direction, the product development team here at Kodiak knocked this one out of the park. Our new Raspberry Lemon Power Cake Mix is popping with bright, bold flavors while still delivering the protein and whole grains that consumers expect from us.”
