Kedem, Whole Foods partner to offer exclusive kosher items for Passover

Bayonne, N.J.-based Kayco, which represents the merger of Kedem Food Products, Kenover Marketing and B&W Foods, said Kedem Food Products partnered with Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods Market to offer dozens of new and exclusive "kosher for Passover" offerings at select Whole Foods Market stores. Kedem’s new items include the first-ever kosher for Passover fair trade coffee; salted, chocolate-drizzled coconut macaroons; ancient grain matzo and more; many items will be exclusively available at Whole Foods Market stores for Passover 2016.

Kedem Food Products and Whole Foods Market began innovating together about 10 years ago when they recognized a real need for more natural and organic choices in kosher food, Kedem Food Products noted.
