Hy-Vee Announces Best of Local Brands Summit for Q3 2022

The Midwestern grocer is looking for new products from local suppliers to add to its inventory.

Iowa-based grocery chain Hy-Vee has announced its next quarterly Best of Local Brands Summit, taking place Sept. 7-9.

The virtual event, hosted in partnership with ECRM and RangeMe, will help the retailer expand product offerings at its more than 285 retail stores in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Since the Best of Local Brands Summits began in early 2021, more than 100 new brands have been selected and are available to Hy-Vee customers.

The summit will consist of 20-minute virtual interviews with selected suppliers and will take place Wednesday, Sept. 7 through Friday, Sept. 9. Hy-Vee is accepting submissions in the following categories: Grocery, produce, deli, general merchandise, frozen, dairy, and health and beauty care.

Submissions can be made here. The deadline is July 18.
