Food Lion Recalls Vegetables Due to Possible Listeria Contamination

Mixed vegetables and corn sold in 16-ounce packages are included in the advisory.

Food Lion is recalling two items from its vegetable assortment due to a possible Listeria contamination.

The items being recalled are Food Lion mixed vegetables and Food Lion super sweet cut corn. The mixed vegetables were sold in 16-ounce packages and have the UPC 0003582600509. The products impacted were sold between Jan. 19, 2023, and Aug. 19, 2023. 

The super sweet corn was also sold in 16-ounce packages and may have been purchased between November 7, 2022, and August 19, 2023, with the UPC 0003582607985.

Customers who purchased the affected product should not consume it and may return it to their local Food Lion store for a refund equal to double the purchase price in accordance with Food Lion’s “Double Your Money Back Guarantee.”
