EnsembleIQ’s Grocerant Summit to address strategic prepared-meal solutions

7/3/2017

From hot bars and made-to-order stations to fast-casual and full-service restaurants, many retailers with strong private brands have forayed into retail foodservice. Grocery chains can learn how to conquer the challenges and reap the rewards of “grocerant” retailing by attending EnsembleIQ’s Grocerant Summit, which will take place Sept. 27-28 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

Sponsored by Store Brands’ sister publication Progressive Grocer, the 2017 Grocerant Summit will feature presentations on health and wellness, new technology and a number of other topics and will present Progressive  Grocer’s research on grocerant retailing. Participants will learn the following:

  • Strategic insights into providing convenient meal solutions for shoppers.
  • Tips on how to recruit top talent into retail foodservice.
  • Lessons on how successful retailers are forging new alliances with foodservice distributors and manufacturers.

Attendees will also have networking opportunities and see a wide variety of product and food preparation demonstrations.
