With lockdowns and less trips to brick-and-mortar stores, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated adoption levels of e-commerce shopping in 2020, but going into the new year, retailers must look at new ways to continue driving private label sales online.

A new webinar sponsored by the Austin, Texas-based platform Bazaarvoice will address, “How to accelerate online private label sales in 2021?”

The panel will include insights from Sam Gagliardi, senior vice president, e-commerce, consumer and shopper marketing at IRI; David Bishop, partner, Brick Meets Click; and Sam Muilenburg, vice president of content acquisition, CPG and retail, Bazaarvoice. The panel will provide metrics on how brands are doing online today and apply ways to drive more online business in the year ahead.

The webinar will look at what types of e-commerce tactics — such as user-generated content — retailers can use to generate traffic for store brand products and how shopper behavior has been evolving during the pandemic.
