The drug store retailer has named Matt Schroeder its new chief executive as the company moves forward with less debt and new financing.

The drug store chain said an unknown third party impersonated a company employee to compromise their business credentials and gain access to certain business systems.

The new agreement covers 1,400 of the drug store chain's locations and allows greater access to groceries and pantry essentials for eligible customers

The updated agreement includes 1,000 stores across eight states.

The tiered program is available for a monthly fee to Prime members and non-Prime members who have an EBT card.

The sale is the latest move by the drug store chain as it looks to right-size following its bankruptcy filing in October.

As the drug store chain navigates Chapter 11, its new promotional effort seeks to reconnect the retailer with consumers.

The new service is being offered at select stores and shoppers must live within 15 miles of the location from which they are ordering.
