Buc-ee's To Open New Mississippi Location
Buc-ee’s is opening a new travel center in Mississippi, which, when open, will be the company’s 52nd store.
Located at 8245 Firetower Road in the community of Pass Christian, the 74,000-square-foot store is located on I-10 and includes 120 fueling positions and 24 EV charging stations. Inside, visitors will have access to Buc-ee's favorites, including Texas barbeque, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky, and fresh pastries.
"Harrison County is a vibrant community with five thriving cities and stunning beaches,” said Stan Beard, director of Real Estate and Development with Buc-ee’s. “It is perfectly situated along I-10 between our Texas and Alabama stores, and we can't wait to be the best place to stop on the Mississippi Coast.”
The new store will have more than 200 employees.
Founded in 1982, Buc-ee’s operates 36 stores across its home state of Texas as well as 15 other locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, and Colorado.
In May, the company broke ground on a new travel center in Goodyear, Az., and in April broke ground on a new location in Benton, Ark.
