Warehouse club chain BJ’s has a new leader of its membership, marketing and analytics divisions. The retailer proudly promotes a wide range of products under its Berkley-Jensen and Wellsley Farms labels.

Effective this month, Paul Cichocki will serve as executive vice president, membership, analytics and business transformation, responsible for integrating the three divisions (membership, marketing and analytics) under his guidance, and lead strategic growth initiatives for the company. Headquartered in Westborough, Mass., BJ’s Wholesale Club operates 218 club stores and 145 fuel locations in 17 states.

Cichocki came from Bain in Boston, where he was a partner advising clients on performance improvement and business transformation across a range of industries, including retail, food and beverage, consumer goods and financial services. Before that, he was an operating manager for Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo.

“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to join the BJ’s team,” Cichocki said. “BJ’s has made significant progress over the last few years by making strategic investments and building new capabilities to build a foundation to accelerate growth. I look forward to partnering with the team to capitalize on the exciting opportunities ahead.”
