United Legwear & Apparel has acquired two apparel companies, a children’s supplier and a licensing sports apparel company. The New York-based company manufactures private label apparel and has a joint venture partnership with Puma.

The expansion of the company brings in the acquisition of TicTacToe, a brand of infant, toddler and children’s legwear, accessories and apparel for more than 30 years. The acquisition brings United Legwear into a top-quality children’s apparel area and it will develop a licensing program in the kids’ market including layette, infant, toddler sets, baby blankets, underwear, toys and more.

The company also acquired Pro Player from Perry Ellis International. The company specialized in officially licensed team gear, particularly jackets. Under United Legwear, the company will develop a globe licensing program across all categories in men’s, women’s and children’s sport and lifestyle apparel, accessories and hard goods, such as small exercise and sport equipment.
