Amazon Sets Dates For October Prime Days

The fall sales event will feature deals on a host of items, including the company's selection of products sold under the Amazon Basics brand.

Amazon will hold Prime Big Deal Days on October 8-9.

Amazon will hold its Prime Big Deal Days on October 8-9 with the e-commerce outlet offering sales on various products ranging from apparel to home electronics and its assortment of items sold under its Amazon Basics brand.

According to Amazon, the featured deals include 40% off winter apparel, sales on Halloween costumes and accessories with items starting at $5, discounts on home electronics, and sales on Amazon Basics products in various categories including batteries, home storage, and pet care.

“We’re gearing up for another exciting holiday shopping season, filled with unbeatable deals on beloved brands, seasonal products, and popular gifts available exclusively for Prime members,” said Jamil Ghani, vice president of Prime Worldwide. “Exclusive savings events like Prime Big Deal Days combined with unlimited fast, free delivery of 300+ million products across more than 35 categories year-round put Prime in a class of its own and make membership a better value than ever before.”

Ahead of the two-day sales event in early October, Amazon is offering early deals on select items. They include: 

  • New and trending Amazon devices: Save up to 55% on select Amazon devices, including the Blink Outdoor 4 six-camera system, eero mesh wifi systems, 40-inch Fire TV 2-Series, and Luna gaming controllers, and get our lowest price ever for the Blink Outdoor 4 four-camera system.
