Amazon readies new bath, body private brand Squeaky

Bombs away! Bath and body company Mom Bomb is partnering with Amazon to develop 50 new products under the private brand name Squeaky by Mom Bomb.

Boston-based Mom Bomb has been developing the exclusive line for more than a year with the e-tailer, answering a call by consumers for clean, natural and luxurious products, per the company. The line includes shampoos and conditioners, body scrubs, muscle salves, a bubble bath, and the company's flagship bath bombs.

Associated scents for the offerings will include freshly squeezed citrus, eucalyptus and lavender, peppermint vanilla and others.

Maria Alter, Mom Bomb’s brand president, told Store Brands the products launch July 1, with some launching sooner.

Around since 2017, Mom Bomb’s primary product has been the introduction of its organic bath bombs. A version of the product looks to be included in the Squeaky line along with similar colorful soaps and cleansers. 

The company also operates with a philanthropic mission attached — the company gives back to families suffering with a medical crisis.

"Having the opportunity to formulate new products under our private label Squeaky has allowed us to expand our offerings while expanding the market for our core products, which allows us to help more people through our giving arm,” said Maria Alter, Mom Bomb’s brand president. “It's wonderful when brands like Amazon and Mom Bomb can work together to give consumers superior products at great prices while also being a steward of the communities we serve.”

The company’s bath bomb flagship products include a blend of CBD, organic Argan Oil and other organic essential oils to create a soothing, relaxing bath experience.
