Aldi UK is expanding on its fun Aldi-branded apparel and merchandise just in time for the holidays. For the first time ever, the private label-centric retailer is launching an Aldimania winter collection.
Aldi is unveiling its first ever Aldimania Winter Collection, now available to pre-order online and in store on Nov. 21. To celebrate the collection, there will be a high-fashion online catwalk event to help Aldi fans to celebrate in true Aldimania style this Christmas.
The Aldimania winter collection includes the return of the Aldimania Hoodie (£14.99 available online only), which sold out in minutes in its April debut. Other products in the holiday set include the Aldimania Christmas Fleece Jumper (£9.99 available online only) and Aldimania Christmas Fleece Trouser (£9.99 available online only), the Aldimania Christmas Onesie (£17.99), and the Aldimania Christmas Socks (£1.49) in a variety of vibrant designs.
“Following the success of our Aldimania range earlier this year and huge demand from shoppers for more, we really wanted to take the collection to the next level by, not only expanding the range, but unveiling it with our very own high fashion catwalk,” said Julie Ashfield, managing director of buying at Aldi UK. “ We can’t wait for our shoppers to see it!”
Aldi fans are invited to attend the catwalk show by visiting Aldi’s Facebook and Twitter channels at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, where the full collection will be modelled. To launch the collection, Aldi is also taking over the Victoria Warehouse billboard in Manchester- the largest of its kind in the UK and second largest in Europe, on Saturday, Nov. 13.
