Aldi's December 14th grand openings will expand the retailer's presence in five states.

Five more new stores will be joining the ever-growing roster of Aldi locations as the discount grocer celebrates a quintet grand openings on December 14.

Three communities will be home to an Aldi store for the first time; Baton Rouge, La.; Iron Mountain, Mich.; and Lake Worth, Fla. Additionally, the communities of Cumming, Ga.; and Cleveland, Ohio, will each mark the opening of a second Aldi location.

The first 100 customers shopping at each store will receive a gift bag filled with a sampling of Aldi Fan Favorites products and a gift card as part of the Aldi Golden Ticket gift card giveaway program. Shoppers can also enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 Aldi gift card during the Grand Opening weekend from December 14 through December 17.

The latest round of store openings mark the continuation of a busy year for Aldi as the grocer continues with its previously announced plans to open 120 new stores in 2023. Should the goal be reached, Aldi will end the year with more than 2,400 stores across the U.S.
