AAK USA has named Anthony JaliJali as its new head of finance, bringing finance expertise in commercial, manufacturing, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions, according to the company.
Edison, NJ.-based AAK is a value-adding specialty vegetable fats and oils manufacturer, including for private brands and foodservice companies. JaliJali will oversee the U.S. and Canadian businesses, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the company.
He’s worked for companies in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, including the role of global vice president, controller, at Johnson & Johnson and Firmenich. He’s also worked for KPMG and most recently was senior director of strategic finance at Novo Nordisk, a multinational pharmaceutical company out of Denmark.
