7-Eleven is rolling out unique Slurpee flavors to its Canadian locations ahead of summer.
The four new flavors include ‘watermelonee’ Frog Water, ‘citrusee’ yuzu lemonade, Fanta Dragon Fruit and Crush Cactus Catapult orange pineapple. The “double e” flavor names play off of the convenience chain's “Talke Slurpee to Mee” ad campaign.
“There’s something about Canadian summers and Slurpee that’s so iconic, so it was a natural fit to tap into this cultural moment and make it an unforgettable one.” said Norman Hower, VP & General Manager of 7-Eleven Canada. “We want to remind and reinforce the feelings Canadians have when they have a Slurpee.”
Based in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven operates, franchises, and/or licenses more than 13,000 stores in the U.S. and Canada. At the end of April, the company launched new Slurpee and iced coffee flavors for the spring season.
