Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence (WISE) and Store Brands are proud to announce the honorees in the 2022 Top Women in Store Brands (TWISB) recognition program.
Celebrating its 10th year, TWISB was created to provide well-deserved recognition for women executives who have achieved exceptional success and bring a passion for store brands to their day-to-day activities. The categories cover functional expertise areas, as well as three achievement areas not linked to a specific functional expertise area. A new award to recognize a company’s DEI efforts was added this year.
This year’s honorees include:
- Donna Tweeten, Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff, Hy-Vee, Inc. — Lifetime Achievement Award
- Alexis Herbert, Business Manager, Daymon — Sparkplug Award
- Ninfa Reinoso, Manager, Quality Assurance, Topco Associates, LLC — R&D/QA Award
- Kenzie Anstett, Key Account Manager – Retail Sales, Schreiber Foods — Sales Award
- Jill Sando, Executive VP and Chief Merchandising Officer, Target — Marketing/Merchandising Award
- Andrea Collaro, Senior Director Product Development and Brand Manager, Walgreens — Innovation Award
- Niki Kostrova, Director, Customer Services, TreeHouse Foods — Operations Award
- Simone Parry, Vice President, Private Brands Consumables, Walmart — Supply Chain-Procurement Award
- Lashelle Russell, Deductions Analyst, Simmons Pet Foods – Corporate Services Award
- Lowe’s Companies, Inc – DEI Company of the Year
To select the TWISB honorees, a committee consisting of representatives from both Store Brands and WISE reviewed in-depth nominations submitted by representatives within the store brand industry. The committee carefully evaluated the nominations, assessing each nominee’s accomplishments to determine the honorees in all of the categories.
The TWISB honorees will be recognized during WISE's annual meeting Wednesday, Nov. 9, which will be held virtually. Registration for the event is open via www.WISEDiversity.org.
