Williams-Sonoma has published its 2023 Impact Report

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has published its annual 2023 Impact Report that highlights the retailer’s efforts to meet its sustainability and social impact goals. 

During 2023, the home products specialty retailer focused on operational efficiencies and adopting innovative solutions to drive progress toward the company’s sustainability goals. The company also launched GreenRow, a new sustainability-focused home furnishings brand. It strengthened commitments to worker wellbeing programs that positively impact communities worldwide where Williams-Sonoma, Inc. business is conducted.

Additional highlights from the 2023 Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Impact Report include:

  • Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions across the company’s value chain driven by the adoption of renewable energy, including expanded use of green power and solar power.
  • Adoption of innovative packaging solutions and the reduction of unnecessary packaging.
  • Continued investment in Fair Trade Premiums, Nest Certified Ethically Handcrafted products, and other worker wellbeing programs.
  • Diversion of waste from landfills.
