Whole Foods is raising prices

After slashing the prices of hundreds of Whole Foods Market’s items when it acquired the company in 2017, Amazon is bringing them back up.

After slashing the prices of hundreds of Whole Foods Market’s items when it acquired the company in 2017, Amazon is bringing them back up.

According to a Forbes article, Seattle-based Amazon claims it needs to increase the prices on 550 items sold due to suppliers charging more to compensate for inflation. The average increase for items on the list was 66 cents.
