Ulta Names New Chief Merchant, Digital Officer

Lauren Brindley will join Ulta Beauty as its new chief merchandising and digital officer in June.

Ulta Beauty has named Lauren Brindley the company’s chief merchandising and digital officer, effective June 3. She succeeds Monica Arnaudo, who will retire in June. 

In her new role, Brindley will be responsible for the beauty supply retailer’s merchandising, e-commerce, wellness, and marketplace strategies, while also leading its assortment brand-building strategy.

She is a proven, strategic leader with deep industry expertise, a global perspective, and a passion for beauty that aligns with our vision for the future. Brindley brings more than two decades of global beauty and retail expertise to Ulta Beauty. Most recently, she served as CEO of Revolution Beauty and has held senior leadership roles at Walgreens and Boots UK.
